The Head of AI will join Stillfront’s Growth Platform and play a central role in shaping and executing the group’s AI strategy. This leader will champion generative AI as a force multiplier across every craft—from art and game design to engineering, marketing, and localization—empowering studios to work faster, iterate more boldly, and unlock creative possibilities that weren’t previously within reach. The Head of AI will be the key catalyst for embedding AI-powered productivity and creativity gains across the entire portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of AI to lead Stillfront’s group-level AI efforts. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of generative AI tools and workflows that amplify the capabilities of every discipline across our studios. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical depth and strategic thinking, as you identify where AI can remove friction, accelerate production, and elevate quality—then guide teams from proof of concept to scalable implementation.

YOUR MISSION

• Define and lead the execution of Stillfront’s AI strategy with a clear focus on generative AI as an enabler and force multiplier for all crafts and disciplines

• Partner closely with Franchise teams, Art, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Localization, and Data to identify where AI tools can boost productivity, speed up iteration, and raise the quality bar

• Launch and scale AI-assisted workflows that tangibly reduce manual effort and unlock new creative possibilities across studios

• Drive Stillfront’s AI Champions program—training, equipping, and inspiring studio-level experts to become self-sufficient AI practitioners within their craft

• Curate, evaluate, and recommend best-in-class generative AI tools, platforms, and vendors aligned with the practical needs of each discipline

• Collaborate with leading technology partners, research labs, and industry peers to stay at the forefront of applied generative AI

• Establish KPIs that measure real productivity gains, creative output improvements, and time-to-delivery reductions—not just model accuracy

YOUR BACKSTORY

• Significant experience working with AI, with strong hands-on familiarity with modern generative AI tools, APIs, and workflows (LLMs, image generation, code assistants, etc.)

• Proven track record of rolling out AI-powered tools and processes across multiple teams or disciplines—not just building models, but driving real adoption

• Deep understanding of game development pipelines and the day-to-day realities of art, design, engineering, marketing, and localization teams

• Strong communicator who can translate AI capabilities into concrete, craft-specific productivity stories that excite non-technical stakeholders

• Experience navigating diverse stakeholder environments and building consensus around new ways of working

• Passionate about democratizing AI—making powerful tools accessible to people who aren’t engineers or data scientists

• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by moving from vision to prototype to scalable rollout at speed
