We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to co-lead the studio and lead the product, customer service, and localization departments.This role is pivotal in defining our product strategy, managing the product life cycle, and delivering customer-centric solutions that align with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn our vision into reality while overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing evolution of our products.
YOUR MISSION
Product Strategy & Vision:
Build and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives.
Establish a roadmap to drive product initiatives, prioritizing opportunities that maximize user value and market impact.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and inspire the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Build and grow the capabilities of the team, ensuring the right mix of skills to drive product success.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
Drive the full lifecycle of game publishing, from evaluating and onboarding titles through to launch, live operations, and portfolio optimization.
Ensure long-term success by coordinating with developers on feature updates and performance improvements
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing finance, and sales teams to ensure alignment across all aspects of product development and launch.
Serve as the key point of contact for executive leadership to communicate progress, insights, and challenges.
Market Research & User Insights:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the market.
Use data-driven insights, user feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
Customer Focus:
Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring that our product solutions meet user needs and deliver a superior customer experience.
Work directly with key clients and partners to gather feedback, validate ideas, and ensure product-market fit.
Support product-related AI initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance game development and user experience
YOUR BACKSTORY
Proven expertise in product management, with a track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management
Strong leadership skills, ideally in the management of product managers in the tech industry
Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key performance metrics and experience using data to drive decisions
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams
A visionary thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of translating strategic concepts into actionable plans
Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable in a multinational environment
Fluency in Arabic and English
