Director Product Management North America
The Director Product Management will work closely with the North American franchise game teams to define and implement best practices and strategies for data-driven product management that support long-term growth objectives. In addition, work with the marketing, data and platforms teams to develop engagement and monetization strategies for individual games and the North American game portfolio. The reporting line is to the Executive Vice President North America.
YOUR MISSION
Partner directly with the franchise game teams to create product strategies and product plans that align game and feature innovation with business objectives.
Hands-on support for our studios, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation including comprehensive audits of live games, identifying key areas for improvement and working directly with the respective teams to implement effective solutions and strategies.
Collaborate closely with the franchise game teams to define and implement precise player segmentations, ensuring tailored strategies that maximize engagement and drive monetization within each segment.
Lead the development of a comprehensive CRM strategy, partnering with game teams to elevate player engagement, retention, and monetization.
Be a champion of the player experience across the North America portfolio, ensuring that our games fulfill player interests and expectations.
Foster a dynamic and collaborative relationship with the franchise game teams, in order to support and amplify success, drive innovation, and deliver outstanding game experiences.
Support product-related AI initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance game development and user experiences.
Drive product synergies and knowledge exchange across our diverse portfolio of games.
Manage product reporting at a group level within North America, including portfolio-level tracking of key engagement, monetization, and performance metrics.
Monitor competitive trends and best practices, third party tools and potential partnerships, and internal business intelligence to identify opportunities and to share information across the franchise game teams.
YOUR BACKSTORY
8+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on mobile games.
A passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of the F2P games industry and the growth, retention, monetization and game mechanics that create value for players.
Proven expertise in mobile game product management, with a track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Experience working in a partner-and-support model, collaborating closely with game and shared teams to achieve player-related and business-related goals.
Proficiency in using market insights and player data to define and evolve product strategy for individual games and a portfolio of games.
Proven ability to innovate, helping to push the boundaries in mobile gaming and ensure collaborative efforts with the franchise game teams deliver great gameplay and performance.
Experience analyzing large data-sets to identify actionable insights; Looker and Snowflake proficiency is ideal.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
