As the Director of Finance for the MENA & APAC regions at Stillfront you will play a crucial role in our regional finance team. This position extends beyond managing operations at individual studios and is geared towards establishing scalable financial operations across the regions.

You will have two primary responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the development of the MENA & APAC Finance Hub, and

2. Leading the finance team at Imperia, which is part of our MENA & APAC business area.

You will report directly to the Deputy Group CFO.

YOUR MISSION

• Lead and enhance the performance of the finance team to ensure operations are scalable and efficient

• Develop the regional finance center to support and advance the finance organization, aligning with Stillfront's regional growth initiatives

• Oversee studio-specific financial transactions and contribute to regional and global financial strategies at Stillfront

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with broader business objectives

• Drive the development and leadership of the finance hub, establishing best practices and fostering continuous improvement across the region

• Provide strategic financial insights to aid in decision-making at both regional and global levels

• Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations and reporting standards

• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders

YOUR BACKSTORY

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance department, preferably in a leadership role.

• CPA designation or equivalent

• Experience in "Big 4" public accounting or consulting

• Proven track record of managing and scaling finance functions in a fast-paced, global setting

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures

• Grounded, pragmatic personality with a proactive, hands-on approach
