As the Director of User Acquisition for North America at Stillfront, you'll be the strategic powerhouse behind our gaming portfolio's growth. This is a pivotal role that combines deep marketing expertise, data-driven decision-making, and leadership finesse.
YOUR MISSION
- Performance Marketing Mastery
Execute performance-focused user acquisition campaigns across networks like Google, Meta, TikTok, and ApploVin, leveraging advanced targeting and optimization techniques
Dive deep into campaign analytics, tracking and improving critical KPIs including CTR, CVR, IPM, CPM, CPC, and CPA/CPI
Drive continuous improvement through rigorous A/B testing of creative assets, ad copy, and bidding strategies
Optimize SKAdNetwork, Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP), and advertising network configurations to maximize campaign efficiency
- Strategic Leadership in North American marketing operations
Collaborate closely with NA leadership and studio heads to develop and align marketing budgets and user acquisition strategies
Build cohesive strategies across multiple game titles and studios, working hand-in-hand with product, analytics, and support teams
Manage relationships with key advertising partners and agencies
Serve as a critical link between North American operations and EMEA/APAC&MENA marketing leadership
- Team Development and Culture
Build, lead and develop a high-performance user acquisition team that drives innovation and results - currently 3 employees with aim to grow
Mentor and develop talented UA professionals, creating a culture of continuous learning and performance
YOUR BACKSTORY
8+ of experience leading and running performance marketing strategies
5+ years experience in free-to-play games
Proven track record of managing multi-platform marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of the customer development lifecycle from acquisition to retention and reactivation, including lifetime value (LTV) measurement and optimization
Good understanding of the online gaming industry, its trends, player behavior and monetization models
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, communicating effectively with executives and operational teams
Exceptional strategic thinking with a hands-on operational approach
Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for building and inspiring teams
