Junior User Acquisition Manager
As a Junior User Acquisition Manager, you will support the UA team in planning, executing, and optimizing mobile ad campaigns to acquire new users. You will work closely with the team to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies that align with our company’s goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for gaming and digital marketing to start a career in a fast-paced and exciting industry.
Your Tasks
Assist in planning and executing user acquisition campaigns across various digital advertising platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPI (Cost Per Install), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and trends
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new ad creatives and strategies
Help manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising platforms and media agencies
Assist in budget management and ensure that campaigns are executed within allocated budgets
Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in mobile gaming and digital marketing
Your Backstory
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis on Excel or Google Sheets
Passion for mobile gaming and a good understanding of the gaming industry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms and metrics is a plus
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry
Preferred Skills
Experience with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or mobile tracking platforms
Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas for ad creatives and marketing strategies
Basic understanding of SQL, such as how to join and pull data from multiple tables
